We commenced operations in October 1997 as a Firm involved in bulk mailing. Our bulk mailing services cover the processing for mailing of Statements, Reminders, Half Yearly & Quarterly reports, Annual Reports, Circulars to Shareholders and other promotional material sent to customers by various service providers.
Our ‘Mail Stuffing’ division is manned by experienced staff and adopts operational processes fine tuned over two decades ensuring Speed, Accuracy and Confidentiality while providing a cost-effective solution to our Customers.
At present we implement manual as well as automated mail room solutions for our customers. First implemented in July 2000, both solutions could be customized to suit individual needs. The Automated mail room solution, ‘Mail Tracker’ is currently customized to suit the mail room process of a leading foreign bank.
Our domestic courier service, in operation for the past two decades, specialize in handling deliveries mainly in the Colombo, Greater Colombo and suburban areas extending up to Kalutara, Negombo, Yakkala and Homagama.
Data downloaded to our system is processed and printed using a highspeed intelligent gray scale production printer on either pre-printed or basic sheets depending on customer preferences. The material so printed is either folded, perforated and sealed using the ‘Glue Seal’ method or stuffed into envelopes based on the individual needs of the customers.
Our off-site archives are equipped for the physical archival of documents either in ‘file or box’ forms. The documents are organized, tagged with barcodes and stored in racks for easy retrieval. The fully fumigated, dust and waterproof secured sites provide maximum protection for the stored files and boxes
Our ‘Staff Sourcing’ services are structured to meet the regular and ad-hoc staffing requirements of customers. Currently our services are mainly utilized by customers to obtain cost effective solutions to cover non-core activities of their organizations. All personnel deployed by us are contracted under our name, on ‘Fixed Term’ contracts, to provide a hassle-free operation for our customers.
Our Customer services includes Public relations, Call centers, Home care( Hospitals), stock verifications, Data entry, Payroll Services, Special delivery & adhoc assignments.
